Being adaptable means we can do as much or as little as you require. We’re able to coordinate multiple teams in various locations around New Zealand, and have the flexibility to concentrate our efforts on one site should the need arise. We are familiar with mall fit-outs and understand what is required to deliver projects in this environment. We coordinate all sub-contractors, and complete work ensuring we adhere to mall fit-out regulations and restrictions.

We have completed multiple customised sites and gained experience in dealing with business owners, landlords, and councils. We offer end to end project management, saving you time and money.
Manufacturing and installing joinery is a key part of a fit-out. All fixtures and fittings are high quality and made to last. The removal and disposal of old fittings and joinery is available if required.
Our building division is made up of qualified tradespeople with vast experience in renovations and new builds. We couple construction capability with fit-out expertise, and the project management skills to deliver projects end to end.
Remodels, or retro fit-outs, are our speciality. They’re often more challenging than a new build because we’re required to deal with obstacles such as uneven floors and framing. In addition, we have to bring buildings up to code.
Strong relationships with designers, architects and sub-contractors allows us to give you a single source solution, and the ease of dealing with one serviceprovider.

Project Management is the back bone for Your Solutions and the core to running any successful job. With the key objectives being:
Project Management is the key ingredient to completing a streamline & stress free project. For example; the foundations in a house is the start point that influence the rest of the job, if the foundation are out it puts strain on the rest of the job. Project Management ties all the loose ends together, allowing us to deliver the tight turnaround times due to being organised and having a plan in place right from the onset.
The team of joiners at Your Solutions are qualified tradesmen that take pride in their workmanship. With this attitude at its core, we produce quality products day in and out. We choose to only use quality hardware & fittings we know will last.
We encourage you to be a part of the manufacture process, allowing you access to view your project through each stage:
A meeting is held with all parties to discuss the project, identify objectives, and to gather information on clients’ ideas, preferences, budget and time frames.
Concept plans are designed based on the agreed brief, addressing any specific objectives. Alternatively bring your own plans to us if completed by another architect.
Clients meet with Your Solutions to analyse the plans and discuss any further ideas. Working drawings are developed after details are confirmed and plans approved.
Working drawings are completed and submitted to the appropriate council if required.
We provide a quote based on the working drawings and, if required, appoint a project manager during this process.
Once the quote is approved, the project is scheduled to an established timeline. Project timings are subject to council requirements and the lead times associated with any specific items requested.
We commence the build / fit-out and complete the work within the agreed time frame.
Your Solutions completes a final walk-through of the site with a checklist to ensure all standards and requirements are met before handover.

Currently Your Solutions are working on transforming an ex-Mitre 10 warehouse into the new Big Save West Auckland 3,000m2 showroom at Westgate and Fernhill Drive, Massey. Your Solutions fitted out our restaurant in Orewa, Auckland. They were very professional and accommodated all of our needs; we made several changes during the process and encountered a last minute issue which Your Solutions sorted and kept us on track for opening. We did have some minor issues with the timber tops but Your Solutions replaced them all with no disruption to our business or trading hours. They are a great company to work with.”

Adam is the passionate founder and Managing Director of Your Solutions. When you engage us on a project, you gain the assurance of knowing you’re dealing with one of the owners. Adam is a qualified joiner by trade, has managed a joinery factory in Australia, and ran the installation team for the retro fitting of the Coles and BP sites throughout Australia.

Troy is the financial manager of Your Solutions. He ensures all the project details are in order, and that budgets and financial targets are met. As Construction Manager he oversees the planning, coordination, and control of each project from concept to completion. He ensures client requirements are met to achieve functional and financially viable projects. Troy is a qualified joiner and builder with extensive experience and has owned a construction company prior to starting Your Solutions with Adam.

Vance is responsible for overseeing and accomplishing project objectives. He bridges the gap between the production team and the client ensuring key issues of cost, time, quality and above all, client satisfaction, are being met. Vance is on-site to manage the Your Solutions team and sub-contractors if required, and has the ability to quickly solve any issues should they arise. Vance is very experienced a a project manager, and in a previous role managed the BP service station roll outs in both New Zealand and Australia.

Barrie is responsible for programming the production schedule and overseeing the production process. He monitors all projects on the factory floor to ensure work is completed within budgeted hours and to a high standard. He is involved with estimating and ordering the materials for all projects. He is a qualified Joiner with Trade Certificate and spent his early career in a joinery factory making all facets of joinery. He is experienced in all aspects of kitchen, bathroom and window joinery including designing kitchens.
